A pattern of different slices of bread

Sustainable no-waste calendar

Leftover bread recipes for a whole year

Every year, 84 kilograms of food is thrown away per person. We want to help reduce this amount and dedicate our no-waste calendar each year to a particularly frequently thrown away food item. In 2025: Bread and baked goods. Bread and baked goods make up almost 12 kilograms, but they are the best basis for bread dumplings, bread salads and poor knights.

Our no-waste calendar for bread and baked goods

  • includes 12 seasonal recipes plus some additional tips for using stale bread,
  • is the ideal gift and give-away at the turn of the year for bakeries and bakers' guilds, organizations that are involved in food rescue, and anyone looking for sustainable gifts,
  • can be customized with corporate design, texts and calendar data,
  • transports your brand messages and other information for a whole year,
  • is itself a low-waste product: with postcards and recipe cards and — if desired — printed on paper made from wheat straw.
